My interest started in the staff room in a FE establishment as I watched people eating their packed lunches. Feeling unfulfilled and very unhappy in my work, the daily discarded orange peel reflected my current state although I found myself becoming mildly intrigued by the different peeling methods people used. Slowly my interest grew and I must have made that known to others because I became donated with daily parcels of peel!
